The 2022 Hyundai Tucson will be a huge step up from the previous model. One of the key features of the new Tucson SUV is the Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist System) along with 60+ connectivity features.

The 4th-generation Tucson boasts of Hyundai’s new “Sensuous Sportiness” design, which is a huge leap forward in terms of aesthetics. The front fascia of the SUV is dominated by a large parametric grille polished in dark chrome. The LED DRLs slot into the grille naturally that gives the impression of an illuminated grille
On the side, large angular wheel arches that house 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, black claddings and prominent “Z” shaped character lines are some of the visual standouts. The rear profile is dominated by connecting LED tail lamps, a 3-dimensional logo, a parametric pattern bumper and a rear spoiler that gets an LED mount stop lamp and a shark fin antenna.
As for its cabin, it’s spacious with lounge-level comfort. The front row gets 10-way power adjustable driver’s seats, while the passenger seats get 8-way power adjustable functions. Both get ventilated functions though, with both heated and cooling options.
The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is available with two powertrain options – a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The former churns out 154 hp and 192 Nm of torque and it comes mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox, while the latter produces 184 hp and 416 Nm of torque and it gets an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Hyundai also provides Tucson with its HTRAC all-wheel drive system.
