Clip taken by a drone or helicopter shows emergency personnel inspecting one side of the overturned bus. The other side just appears to be completely blue with Bud Light cans until the camera moves away.
The truck spilled most of its load, with many cans ending up on a median between the ramp and the highway.

Louisville Metro Police Department sent out a tweet with photos in an attempt to have people avoid the area until the spill was cleared.
“This is a non-injury incident and it may cause delays as clean-up crews arrive. Be careful as you travel in that area,” tweeted Louisville Metro Police Department.
Interestingly, this is the second time in less than four months that a major Bud Light spill happened on a US highway.
The last one happened in March. A truck overturned and spilled hundreds of bottles of Bud Light Platinum that choked the I-65 in Hardin County.
In 2019, a truck loaded with 44,000 pounds (19,958 kilograms) of Nutella cocoa spread flipped on a highway in Indiana.
The truck driver, Chuhar Singh, told the Indiana State Police that the truck flipped after a car in front of him slammed its breaks unexpectedly.
